All of our chocolate is made from scratch in small batches at our factory. We build the recipes, add it to our stone-grinders to develop flavor & a smooth texture. We then pour it into our tempering machines, in which the chocolate goes through precise temperature changes to end up with the chocolatey experience we all adore - a shiny & smooth, divine chocolate.
