Cacao is the powder that comes from the seeds of a fruit pod, growing on the Theobroma Cacao tree. Theobroma Cacao is Latin for ‘Cacao, Food of the Gods’. Cacao differs from cocoa, as cacao has retained its benefits, while cocoa looses nutrients when processed at high temperatures with salts to become water soluble (think classic hot cocoa).
Cacao contains essential minerals, vitamins, neurotransmitters, polyphenols, & more. Research shows that cacao promotes heart & brain health, natural energy, emotional well-being, and feelings of euphoria & happiness.
Maple crystals come from maple syrup. They are shown to contain essential minerals for our bodies & have a low glycemic index.

Froth (or mix) 8oz hot water
2 heaping Tbsp Sacred Cacao Mix
2 Tbsp Cashew Sauce (or substitute your milk of choice for the water)
2 heavy shakes of Cinnamon Powder
1 light shake of Cayenne Powder
